本案位于深圳市南山區紅樹西岸，坐擁在深圳灣公園周邊，業主常住在國外居多，這是在深的第一個家。在設計上，以深色調性配搭暖色地板，在喧鬧的都市和高壓的生活中，創造一個回家、放松且寧靜雅致空間，別樣搭配另有一番舒暢，低調，極具品位，越顯得氣質，實現業主追求的居住感。
